UAE SHIPPING
After your payment is verified, We dispatch the order within the same business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3 PM GST will not be shipped out until the next business day. Incase of Same Day Delivery, orders need to be placed before 11 AM GST. If you order after 3 PM GST on a Saturday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Returns and Refunds
For all domestic orders Arabian Perfume House offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means if you aren't entirely satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund. We offer a 14 day return policy for all items. Items must be returned in un-opened, unused condition and original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel your order for a full refund. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email hello@arabianperfumehouse.com (Monday - Friday: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm). Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. This only applies to orders that have not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) according to our Returns Policy below.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or faulty product). The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
RETURNING ITEM(S) FOR A REFUND
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging. If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued upon receiving the items, minus any shipping fees.
If you return an order that qualified for free shipping (i.e., the order total was over AED 200), we will deduct AED 20 from your refund to cover delivery costs. The remaining balance will be refunded according to our standard process.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened products, including perfumes, colognes, or personal care items. However, if the product is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
Refund processing times may vary, so please allow up to 21 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
RETURNING A PERSONALISED ITEM
Personalized items (such as engraved fragrances) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
We take great care in ensuring the quality of every item we dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team by email hello@arabianperfumehouse.com. You will need to provide your name, order number, and a description of the fault.
Customers have up to 14 days to return faulty or damaged items.
Please note that if fragrances arrive broken or damaged, we will need evidence (e.g., clear images or videos) to process a refund.
CUSTOMER RETURNS RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for returning items until we receive them. We recommend using an insured return service for your protection.
RECEIVING AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team via email . Have your order documents ready, as you will be asked for your order number and product codes.
Our Customer Care Team will guide you through the return process. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that until we receive the item, it remains your responsibility.
